League Notes
Compete with your team against others, playing a different sport each week.
- Like the majority of JAM programs, this is a self-officiated league.
- Sports may include dodgeball, basketball, benchball, floor hockey, volleyball and European handball. Other sports may be added. You will likely play each sport once or twice in the season.
- The majority of games will be played indoors. If there is field/diamond availability, some games may be played outdoors, not at Weston Memorial CC.
- Games are 55 minutes.
- SPRING: Monday = 10 weeks
- SUMMER: Monday = 8 weeks
- No games on May 20th, July 1st & August 5.
- No playoffs in ASOS.

- All indoor games will take place at Weston Memorial Community Centre (1625 Logan Ave.).
